Hi all,

I have an older PS2 that was chipped. Something went wrong along the way after a few years and nothing will play any longer. I had a buddy who knows how to repair older models look at it, but he couldn't figure out the problem.

So my question to those who are up with the more modern PS2 models is, what's my next step. I'm okay buying a slim model but what is used to chip it and where would I go to obtain it? I'd like something that is a direct boot if it's out there. Or is there someone out there that sells older PS2 models, already chipped that I can go to?

Any help or advice is appreciated. Thanks.
