DVD43 reboots my PC! 1clickDVD highly recommends DVD43 to handle the encryption. Following the instructions, I insert the DVD movie disc and wait for the yellow smiley face to turn green. When it does turn green it almost instantly reboots my computer. I have uninstalled and reinstall doing the necessary restarts in between. I have also downloaded DVD43 from a different site all with the same results. DVD43 web site provides no support. Can anyone help with this problem? Bob
get rid of DVD43 buy AnyDVD or dvd idle pro,DVD43 also conflicts with Nero, causes same problem when you click burn it re-boots your computer, uninstall and get rid just my two penneth.others will have different views tho,and argue the toss but the majority will say the same as me?
If you dont want to buy AnyDVD then get DVD Decrypter it does all movies out there still that I know of and just rip the DVD files to the hard drive then load that into your 1 click program.
I have DVD43, DVDIdle Pro and DVD Decrypter and so far they have been cracking the encrypted protections flawlessly. If I use one engine, then I just disable (or don't run) the other engines. However, I prefer DVD Decrypter (my first choice) over them all, but both DVD43 and DVDIdle Pro are as good.

I do have the programs DVD Shrink and DVD Decryptor. But the process takes too long and have been getting too many errors and poor quality copies. I did buy another program but was still getting errors due to scratched disks. I bought 1ClickDVD as it was rated high for its quality of copy and it attempts recovery of data from scratched disks. As it did not have its own decryptor program it recommended DVD43 which is free. I do have Nero but the 1clickDVD program has its own engine so I don't think that's the problem. I really don't want to buy another (3rd) program but may try AnyDVD's Trial Version. Thanks everybody for Your Help. Bob
If you have trouble getting DVD Decrypter to rip using File mode try reading the disc and make it output an ISO file. Then you should beanle to load the ISO up or use ISOBuster to extract the files out from the ISO file.
I know it seems like alot of steps but hey you have to do waht you have to do if you have scratched and bad kept DVD's your trying to backup.
