Download DVD Decrypter. Install it.

Go to MODE/ISO/READ

Make the img file of the game. After it has read and made the IMG file

Go to MODE/ISO/WRITE and burn the img file.

Burn no faster then 4x

I have never burnt games before what kind of disc do I do need and why cant I use Nero?

You can use Nero. But you asked for my opionion and I told ya. The easiest way is download DVD Decrypter and use ISO read and ISO write. How hard is that? and most PS2 will read good quility DVD-R and DVD+R you just need to try a brand and see if your PS2 will read it.

You can get DVD Decrypter at the top of the forum under software.

Also you need to have your PS2 hardmodded or have swap magic and a slide tool or fliptop to play the backup games. You cant just make a copy of the game then put it in and play it. You need to have it modded in some way.

If the PS2 game is CD-ROM yes you cann. But I think you can. But I uasly convert my PS2 CD-ROM games into DVD-ROM cause it loads better.
