When ripping a DVD it has a bunch of extra features like German and Spanish dialog, subtitles in other lan. and little extras such as bloopers and extened scenes. I want to know what other programs will sperate the movie from the other stuff like it done in ShrinkIt. Where it has little check boxes for you to add or take away what you want.

Cause when I get my DVDrecorder I'll be burning just the moive and throw the other stuff away.

Hi AndreL,

Seems I always run across your thread. Clonedvd2 will do what you described. You can remove trailers, deleted scenes, etc as you do with DVD Shrink. I suggest you check it out. Also the link in my signature has a guide for using clonedvd2. It has a 21 day trial period but i say buy the combo with AnyDVD and most dvds are at your mercy.

to burn or not to burn that is the question

So Clonedvd2 is the only alternative to use that will pick out the wanted parts of a DVD.

No one else has any in put ...

@AndreL
There are several other progs that will do movie only - like Decrypter, DVD Fab Decrypter, Shrink etc.
Here's some links for guides on what to use and how:

Sorry was bogged down at work. Yes there are others as binkie7 stated. Best of all the programs he suggested are free. Per your first post DVD Shrink and clonedvd2 will rip and strip the parts of the dvd you want and are the easiest to use.

to burn or not to burn that is the question
