Hi we have a Panasonic DVD-RV32 and i need new firmware for it because it has started to crash out dose anyone know were i can get the software from? cheers.

This is a standalone unit, right?
Have you tried resetting it to factory specs?
It will tell you how, in the owner's manual.
After resetting, you'll need to turn DTS back on, if you're using a surround system, etc...............
Good luck!

As far as firmware, for standalone units, you'll probably have to contact Panasonic. They'll probably send you to a repair shop..............

Yer its a stand alone I think i might just buy a recorder though that DVD player has done well just, but i'll reset it.
