I am experiencing problems with Decrypting new DVD's, never had any problems before. The decrypter works fine up until about 52% complete and then cannot read any further. Is there anyone out there who can give me any advice?

I also used the latest versions of Shrink, DVD FAB, AnyDVD, DVD Region and they were unable to beat the protection on the DVD.

Below is the attached DVD log:I 01:47:18 DVD Decrypter Version 3.5.4.0 started!

My decrypter used to work perfectly fine, would write a disc in 25 minutes or less. now the device buffer keeps jumping from 100% to 50 some% to 4% and back again. its all over the place. so now it tells me that it'll take over an hour to burn. Anyone know the problem?

Hey. This is really weird. I never had any problems with DVD Decrypter until about 2 days ago when it would do its usual thing, and then hang on a VOB film midway through. It's also taking more than twice as long to get through the files.

What's up? Did these problems all arise on the same day? Timebomb?

Make sure you are in DMA mode and not slooow PIO mode. Here's a guide:
http://home.comcast.net/~bbmayo/checking%20DMA.pdf
Decrypter can no longer handle the newer sony copy protections as of Lords of Dogtown. But all is not lost - AnyDVD and DVD Fab Decrypter can handle anything out there right now. If thess 2 can't do it than you may have a bad pressing. Try cleaning off your discs 1st. If all fails exchange it for a new one.
