Can't get ANYTHING to work with Motorola V710 :(

Can someone help me please,
I installed the drivers, I got mobile phone tools. I have a motorola V710 with Telus (Canada's verizon I think)

Anyhow, all it does it connect with my data cable and let me send text messages or download my address book.

I cant do anything with ringers, wallpapers, photos. Nothing :(

Please help me.
