hi,
the unlock you have provided doesnt seem to be working.
after the code on the mobile it gives an error stating
CODE ERROR.

check your imei, code is correct for t mobile USA but not if you bought it in florida

checked by *#06#

this mobile was bought in michigan.
and not in florida.
