XBOX:
v1.1
X2.6 CE chip correctly installed
BIOS: EvoXD6EjectFix
new HDD: 160 GB Hitachi with CS jumper selected

btw...the only way I can boot from a CD/DVD when the original HDD is out, is when the "EvoXD6EjectFix" BIOS is flashed to the chip.

Work done:
I put in a new 160 GB HDD and tried to format it. The "New-HD EvoX insaller" did not format it. So, I used an "UnleashX new-HD installer", and it did format it.

But, I get error code 13 every time I try to boot from the hard drive.

One time before, I used another Xbox to format the drive with the "New-HD EvoX installer", but was getting error code 6 every time I try to boot from the hard drive with the xbox I want to get working.

What else should I try?

Also, this Xbox was accidentally logged into the LIVE dashboard with the chip on and is now getting the "your hardware has been modified" message every time you go to anthing Xbox LIVE related.

How do I restore LIVE with ConfigMagic or something? I do have another Xbox than can give up its key code.
