Ok im converting a ogm file to an avi file the good news is i got the programs to convert it (win Avi video converter or river past video cleaner) ok i was able to convert the ogm to avi problem is the audio is delayed. So wat can i do for the audio to move correctly?

Maybe you have not install some proper codec before doing this job. You can contact at support@winavi.com for solutions!
