Help, I am trying to burn the Muppet Show disc 1. When I use shrink, the file size is 4,463. When I try to burn it encodes but won't burn because the disc is too small. I use Memorex 4.7 GB DVD+R's. I have also taken out some sound and captioning features. What is the problem.

First of all, your media is a BIG problem. Memorex sucks! Plain and simple. Second of all, in Shrink, go to edit, then to preferences and change the target size to somewhere between 4,300 and 4,400. You're trying to burn too close to the edge which isn't good.

As stated reset the target size in Shrink preferences. Choose Custom in the box and then type in 4300.
