if a copied dvd can play on a ps2 perfectly then why cant a game what about if u get the disc to boot the dvd video then open the game just wondering lol

copyright protection on dvds is very easy to crack (encryption). But, a different copyright protection is used on ps2 games that requires a modded ps2 to play (data is pressed into a section that only the ps2 can read).
