Hi i downloaded a film and when i try to open the file with dvd shrink to shrink it, it just says failed to open file.
Please can anyone help

Welcome to the forum,
You need to convert the files to Mpeg-2 DVD Compliant files first . Below are 2 free converters. If you need instructions look at the guide section at the very top of this thread
