Please can someone let me know how to shrink films on my hard drive, so i can put them on disk, coz i think im going wrong.

The downloaded file needs to be converted to dvd-video format FIRST, before Shrink can do anything with it. look in the guides section up top of page for a program called DivXtoDVD, the software itself is in software section at top of page.
