I just d/l it and read the guide...I hit backup everything looks good and i hit OK and after about 5 seconds a little box pops up saying an error...Dvdshrink has encountered an error and needs to close Programming error exception occured....any help is appreciated...thanks 8)

Make sure you have the latest version of DVD Decrypter.

The latest Version is Currently: Version 3.5.4.0

Use DVD Decrypter to "rip" the DVD to your hard drive in "File" mode - and from the "Edit" dropdown menu, select "All files" (NOT "movie files").

Then use DVD Shrink to "Open files" (NOT "Open Disk") - and select "VIDEO_TS.IFO" or the actual "VIDEO_TS" folder.

I have two burners and when I get this error in one the other usually will rips no problem.
