HI IM TRYIN TO PATCH XENOGEARS ON THE PS1 BUT U CAN ONLY PATCH THE BIN FILE BUT YOU NEED TO BURN THE GAME WITH THE CUE FILE WOT DO I DO
THE PATCH IS NTSC TO PAL

Yeah load the cue sheet file in CDRWIN after you've patched the .bin file with PPFomatic. Then click record. Simple as that.

right i cant use cdrwin v 3.0 but ive got a cdrwin v 6.1 can i use that and will i get the saeme results as if i was using cdrwin v3.0

Well there are different versions of CDRWIN. One was created by goldenhawk, the other by Englemman media. The CDRWIN created by goldenhawk is the one you need to use to burn the patched .bin file. You can find a free demo at goldenhawk.com.
