A bit of a cross-forum question here... I received my AirStar2 (DVB-T) tuner in the mail the other day, and it includes the ability to multicast the current channel being watched on the computer across the network. My xbox is already modded, and XBMC can play pre-recorded video (so it can sort of work like a PVR in a roundabout way), but does anybody know if there was ever a project to make a multicast client for the xbox? My only other alternative I can think of is to run a cable from the computer to the TV and use the TV-out on my video card as a second monitor, but then I run into issues with sound being shared with the computer itself too... As I said, I can play pre-recorded (and, stuff in the process of being recorded) via XBMC, but would like something that is live and doesn't require getting out of the chair to change the channel.

I know of the Freevo project, but haven't found anything that says that it receives multicast broadcasts...

Be awesome if someone can suggest something that is useful... For almost the same price as a crappy SDTV set top box for a TV I've got the HD card in the computer and can record, and can almost broadcast it through to the xbox, making it behave like a HDTV set top box worth probably 5 times what I paid...
