Individual VOB file extracting

Can anyone help with what is the best software that will extract induvidual VOB files?

I have used Dycripter, Santa and shrink, but simply can't get individual or sections of any VOB files.

Did you try Shrink using the Start and End Frame mode. Here is a guide
