Hi all,

I've just tried out my new Panasonic 3 chip digi camcorder (NV-GS400) and have noticed that every now and then, the first few seconds of recording is all 'bluey' coloured. i.e. all of the colours are tinged with blue. It's not just the recording, but rather you see the problem in the viewfinders too. Seems to be when the cam is first switched on from standby.

My dad has also got a panasonic (different model) which I seem to remember does a similar thing.

After a 5 to 10 seconds the colours tend to recover back to normal.

Doesn't seem to matter what the light conditions are?

Anyone heard of this?

I've scanned the net and no luck yet.....
