hi! i`m a complete newbie. can any body help,please????..My eyes are bleeding through reading. i`m using a panasonic dvd-r burner using nero ,running xp.
can you tell me the best mode to use (file/iso)to copy dvds.how do i get below 4.7GB,even when ripped it`s still 4.9GB(i`ve tried about 12 recent films but can`t get it below 4.7GB). do i need addition software, if so what? i don`t mind paying for the wright software,i just don`t know which one!.can i use dual layer on my burner?

You should use a program DVD2ONE to compress your movie to fit (Movie Only) on 1 DVD-R or a program called DVDXCOPY to keep all menus and extras but splits movie over 2 DVD-R.
