I made an image of Burnout Revenge using DVD Decrypter. I ended up with 2 files: ISO and MDS. I know that you are supposed to ISO-write with the MDS file with DVD Decrypter.

With Nero Express 6, which image file do I use to write the image to my TDK DVD-R with, ISO or MDS?

The ISO file. In fact when using burn image program in Nero it shouldn't even show the mds file.

why not just use DVD Decrypter to burn it?
Mode->ISO->Write
With DVD Decrypter you use the MDS
With pretty much every other program you use the ISO
