Sleepers DVD is split in half

Sleepers movie is doublesided (dvd-10) and for some reason they did it this way, but how do you rip it? The movie is cut in half? I have every file on both sides on the harddrive, but in two different directories. Reason why is because they are the same file names on each side. What to do? Thanks.

P.S.
I also hear that Cast Away is like this to.

I would expect the easiest way would be to rip each side individually as if each side were a seperate disk. As for any real help to offer though you have to give up some information such as say what it is you want to do. Are you trying to rip dvd to dvd, dvd to vcd, dvd to avi... What kind of problems are you having? What programs are you using? Anything?
