When I open either TMPGenc 3.0 express or TMPGenc DVD author the window is so large that I can not get to any of the buttons on the bottom. Since these are pop up windows (like the filter window on 3.0 express or the menu window on DVD author) there is no sizing function located in the corner.

Can some one tell me how to set these windows to only open within the screen?
