Hi:
I've been able to back up several of my DVD's using an assortment of programs. DVD Decrypter, DVD Fab Express, DVD Shrink , Nero 6. I however can to seem to get the right formula for burning a Dual Layer Blank. There are some movies I would like to Back-up that I want to keep the DTS audio and the extras. I have a Mad Dog internal 16X Burner, Windows XP.

i've burned 7 D/Ls so far just nice and simple with decrypter in read then write mode with DVD43 in the background

Why are your dl burns unsuccessful? Playback problems?
As gurnard said try decrypter - read & write in ISO mode - pick the .mds file to burn.
Since this is 'newer' media I would also make sure your drive's firmware is up to date.
