Big problems with the money back guarantee of the DVD Wizard Pro

I purchased the DVD Wizard Pro. They promise you your money back within 30 days after purchasing the product if the software for some reason doesn`t work.
. I tried it with 3 different homedvds, but I got errors with all of them. The day after I purchased the software, I wrote my first email, since I have written seven to make use of the guarantee. They didn´t answer at all. They just ignore you.
Aftet that, I downloaded the trial of the 1 click DVD Copy, I tried with the same 3 homedvds, and worked perfectly.
But back to the guarantee of the DVD Wizard Pro... It doesn´t exist at all. They ignore the requests and keep the money... So, be aware..
