Hi Guys!
I just started backing up ps2 games. I looked around for the answer but could not find it. My my backups boot up fine, but they work really slow or they end up freezing. I'm using DVD Dycrypter (ISO>read, ISO>write), I am using SONY CD+R. I'm not sure what version my PS2 is, but like I said, the games boot up fine, but they are slow!Oh yeah, I am using swap magic...

I can't tell you your problem for sure, but it's most likely because you're burning them at a fast speed. Try burning at 2x or 4x, you'll probably get better results.

Oh and you also might wanna try using a CD-R or a DVD-R

I don't think there's much difference, apparantly DVD+ has more advantages but, eh. Shouldn't we just buy DVD+/- so there isn't any hassle?
