can i play socom 3 online with a ps2 changed id and original copy of socom 3?

i changed my PAL ps2 id to ntsc so i can play both ntsc and PAL games online! i know if i download socom 3 i wont be able to play online but what if i buy the real game will i be able to play online then?

why cant i? i changed my ps2 id so that should play NTSC games now! well if i use swap magic can i get online with original socom 3?

thought you're using a mod in which case you'd need to have it on to play the different region (i'm not sure if changing the ID completely changes the system to ntsc) but, you'd have to turn the mod off to play an original online. Well, it might work with swap magic however I don't know if you've heard but they now ask for a credit card to register for playing socom 3 online and I don't know if it'd work ok giving a european credit card number and information.

yeah im using swap magic but hopefully i wwont need it now i changed my id to multi region!
