VIDEO to DVD using PVR capture.

Hi guys this is my first visit to this particular forum. I have been transferring my old videos(non digital) over to DVD recently, the method I have been using is capture to h/d in MPEG@ format, VSODivxToDVD and then DVD Shrink and burn with DVD Decrypter, boy does this take some time. My capture card is a WinFast TV2000 XP which allows me to capture video in different formats. Could someone look at attatched list and advise which format I should choose so I dont have to go through the long process I have been using. Thanks in advance. LOL. OK so I am not so smart I cant bring picture up so here goes. MPEG 1

Uncompressed AVI
