It seems like it's a PAL PSX game. I believe I need to convert it to NTSC

in that case your right out of my 350 psx backups they are mix reigens im PAL but the us plays fine on my tvs but if my mother in law borrowed re2 and that played with green blood very starnge u using ps1 or ps2

Yeah you need to use PPFomatic to convert the game to NTSC. You can find it: http://www.megagames.com/console/cgi-bin/dl.cgi?id=console&file=p... You can find the patches here: http://www.megagames.com/psx/psx_patches.shtml The patched game must be burned with CDRWIN. You can obtain a free demo version at goldenhawk.com Here is a tutorial for patching and burning with CDRWIN: http://www.go.to/psxcplist
