ok i hear of +/- of the Philips DVP642 but im still on planning to buy it, but iknow it plays video files encoded with divx. 1)how do i know if it encoded with divx.
2)and with divx encoded files can i burn these straight to dvd data and the Philips DVP642 will play them
3)can dvix only be on avis or can they be on omg files(with subtitles) and with omgs can i play them on Philips DVP642 and use the subtitles(srt) on the Philips DVP642
