i got this error after dvd decrytper had been burning for a few minutes

i was burning at 4x with a memorex dvd-r disc this is the first time i've ever had an error with this

Same thing happened to me. Someone else in one of the other forms beleives that the disk could be scratched.

na the disk wasnt scratched i looked at it really closely and it looked fine
