then i get a pop-up that says this..................................
The server forcibly closed the connection.
This normally results from a loss of the connection due to a timeout or a server reboot.
1) Try connecting to the server again later.
2) Verify that the problem is not local by trying to connect to an alternate server.
if anyone knows how to fix this problem and or needs info, i am connecting with a cable straight from xbox to computer i also had to configure these 2 NIC cards some1 told me and thas as far as ive got

are you using a crossover cable? You need to use a crossover cable not a network cable if your conecting stright from your computer to the Xbox.

Also are you conected at first then when you insert a disc in your Xbox the server will then disconnect?
