Where to find Quan Chi and Kenshi.

They are in the Netherealm. Quan chi is at the top of the tower where you fight Scorpion the first time. Kenshi is down the bottom standing on a platform in the lava. You can not Unlock them only talk to them. Quan chi you fight but kenshi you don't. NOTE: Sometimes they are not there.
