My Ilo DVDR04 player/recorder is locked on "Hello", and then "ERROR" after firmware update. I can turn it off (clock is fine), and back on, although I have to hold the button in. The dvd drawer does not open anymore, had to take the front plate off to access the release after the upgrade. Is it fixable? It no longer reads any disc. Help!!!!
