the mods do what they see fit,and if its good enough they may do something about it,make one,post it and see
btw,there is section for such guides,where guides are submitted,its called "user submitted guides",check it out :)

Indeed. Funnily enough there are a lot of requests (which will never stop) for info on this here, hence the need for either a sticky of info on where the guide is or a guide itself. A lot of people never seem to see the word 'guide' at the top of the site.

you can make all the sticky's in the world and the question
will still get asked every day. People are far too lazy to
look at the sticky's at the top of the post sections and read
them trying to find their own answers.
They always want someone to do the research for them.
