My DVD X Plantium copy has always worked fine..I don't know what I did but when I insert a DVD to copy, it will say "insert DVD movie or browse" the browse is grayed out...doesn't seem to recognize the inserted DVD. I've uninstalled my NERO and InCd but it still doesn't work. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

Welcome to the forum. If you have ver 4.0.3.8 or less then the browse feature does not work. It only works in the RF version.

Thanks for responding Mike...RF(you mean ripper free) - I do have the copy (with ripper). I will check the afterdawn site but I haven't found anything matching my issue. Crazy thing is it worked the day before - I tried to do something funky with the Nero app and then I got the 'grayed-out' issue. Any phone tech support I can source?
