vhs recorder audio problem

Hi, I got a ilo 05 today and make a copy of a dvd from a
tape i copying.

The video is good, but the sound start and stop.The ilo05 is
hook up to my vhs player(gogo video)the hook up for the vhs player is
one video in & out and one audio in & out. ater i completed recorded to the dvd and play back some of the chapter i got audio. the other half of the movie i got no audio
can you help to fix it or tell me how to get it working.
