Hi i recently sent an xbox chipped with a dux2 cromwell flash/bios
over to the uk for my son, i put a new power supply in which i bought so that it could be switched over to the uk voltage.

when it arrived in britain my dad tested it and it worked fine.

then i called today and my sons all upset because now it's not working right, this is what it's doing:

the way that they have to turn it on/off is by removing the power lead

they cannot turn the chip on with the power button so he can't play his backups, when he does turn it off with the power button it turns back on opening the dvd drive.
what could be doing this? the power supply? or could one of the leads come loose with all the traveling?
please help quick.
thankyou SM
