Hi, I have a problem.

I am using SwapMagic 3.6, when I insert an NTSC game after swapping, I have to set the mode to "PAL" to get it in color. The problem is that in PAL mode, the sound is repeating and distorted. I have a PAL PS2 v10 connected via an RGB cable to my 50hz TV, my friend has the same PS2 connected with a regular cable to a 60hz TV and the same backups that glitch on mine, work fine for him, only my PAL backups run fine on mine =( can someone help?

(Is there a converter to make my NTSC games PAL?)

*The sound in the games do work when I select 'Normal' at the SwapMagic menu, it only goes glitchy on PAL mode... but thats the only one giving it color...

Console Specs:
- PlayStation2 V9~10
- Swap Magic v3.6
- Slidecard Tool
- PS2 Tray Slidemod

Back-up Items:
- TSScorp DVD+/-RW Burner
- Arita 4x DVD+R
- Traxdata 8x DVD+R

Yo, why don't you just set the video mode to NTSC? I have the same version of swap magic and i just set video mode to NTSC and they all work perfect.

But do you have these:

-50hz only TV
-PS2 v10
-SwapMagic v3.6

My problem is, if I put it to PAL mode it will display color but the sound will glitch and distort. If I put it in Normal or NTSC mode it will be black & white with good sound =/

Any help? I tried an RGB Cable but it doesnt work for the other modes except PAL... I need a NTSC to PAL converter to play my NTSC backups, anyone has one?

There is a converter on that site. Just scroll down to it.

Your problem does seem pretty weird. Hopefully converting them will fix your problem. ;)

I've converted my game with NTSC&PAL from exploitstation, now I can boot it on 'Normal' mode, but the sound still glitches... it's not the game, cuz my friend also has v10 and again it works great on his...
