Aladdin Advanced mod flashed failed

I installed an Aladdin Advanced mod chip and got the menu and selected network flash. I selected the BIOS file and it started flashing. It got about 75% and failed. Now the box comes up in the Xbox error screen with the Japanese writing. How can I reflash the mod chip?
