Getting the right stuff to play other games on PS2

Well I need to get a helpme guide to finding out how to play CD roms
from the computer from other systems (all legal stuff already filled)
to my PS2. I forgot the name exactly and this probably might not be the right board but still asking. Well I know there should be a special discs you put in first I am thinking or do you just put in the discs with the games and it will give you the list. I seen it work both ways but when I try to do it myself. Well Im looking for the right step by step to make this work. I know it could be possible because I seen it work with Snes and sega on a dreamcast. Well if there is a way send me something to give me to side by side on this.

I forgot to add I am trying to put GBA games from my computer onto my playstation. point blank.
