Does any one know of any program that can make the quality of downloaded movies any better. I tried enhancemovie 2.0 and it doesn't really seem to make any difference. Any one have any ideas or suggestions?

It isn't really possible. You can sharpen the video to enhance details, but then you are also going to enhance artifacts. You can denoise to remove artifacts, but you are also going to remove details. Basically anything you do is going to have a positive and negative effect and you really can't create details that aren't there from thin air. Still you might be able to create something that looks better to you.

You really need to look into using AVISynth filters or something else with verious denoise, colour tweak, sharpening, etc. video filters. Not quite as easy as tapping random keys and saying "enhance" out aloud like in the movies/TV though.
