I have no problem getting the tray open and shut, however, after shutting the drive and pushing the white pin all the way back to the left nothing happens. I can look in the tray and see that the disk is not spinning. What could I be doing wrong?

I can't be the only one thats had this problem. I searched google and can not find anyone else that has come across this
