hi,
does anybody have a list of which type of discs the ps2 games are using? such as one that tells u wether its a dvd5 or dvd9 or cd etc.
i need a list that will tell me all games as i cant dell the difference and i dont think it says so on the box. i need it to know what disc i should use to back up what game.

Ok, you need to do a bit of searching on these forums.
Philips,TDK,Verbatim,Ritek,Taiyo Yuden
these are the most widely used brands
DVD Decrypter can tell you how many layer a game has
DVD-5 (single) DVD9 (double)
and to tell if it is a CD or DVD just look at the disc
It will say either DVD or compact disc
there is no certain disc for a certain game.
and since you are asking all these questions i will also add
that i hope you know you have to have a modded PS2 to play them.
