camcorder that plays Digital 8 PAL and NTSC tapes?

Dear all,

I am looking for a camcorder that plays PAL as well as NTSC tapes. Reason for asking - I have lots of NTSC tapes, but live in Europe now where NTSC camcorders are hard to find...
Does anybody know of a recorder playing both types?
