it depends. If the movie is smaller than a normal dvd (4.36g), then yes DVD Decrypter can burn an ISO image to a DVD. You can find the guide here: http://www.afterdawn.com/guides/archive/small_dvd_2_dvdr.cfm
If its bigger than 4.36 gig, DVD Decrypter can't do the burning because it has no compression capabilities. For that, I suggest using DVD Shrink (found here: http://www.afterdawn.com/software/video_software/dvd_rippers/dvd_... ) and then using this guide: http://home.comcast.net/~bbmayo/backup%20with%20Decrypter&Shrink.pdf
Almost always, you're going to be using DVD Decrypter + DVD Shrink to copy, compress, and burn your movies, as very few commercial DVDs are small enough to burn without compression. Post back if you need anymore help.

If you already have the DVD files on your hard drive, I don't know if I can help you to burn it using DVD Decrypter. The files need to be copied off the original DVD in a certain mode and then tweaked. However, the files you have now are well below the 4.36 gb limit (For future reference, 1 g is approx. 1000 mb).
The link works perfectly fine, but you need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view it, as the file is in PDF form. You can get it here: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html
You should download it, because that is just something essential to have.
From here, you have two options.
1) Recopy the files from the original DVD using the guide above, or
2) Get your hands on some sort of burning software (and you would probably have to pay for this) like Nero, which will allow you to copy DVD Video files to a DVD.
