You've got tons of memory, but it looks like your CPU is using too much. Try to free up more memory if you can -- this will improves/boost up burning. To free up more ram, go to START, RUN, and type "msconfig" then disable any startup programs that you don't really needed at this time, or another way is "ctrl+alt+del" and disable any running programs that you're not using, so you'll have more ram in prior to burning.

Again, it's either your burner don't like the media you're using, or your burner needs to update to the current firmware.

I will try all the above suggestions and hopefully will correct problem. But, either way, some good advice to update, etc.

Updated the firmware to 1.09

Did a msconfig and got the available up to 50%

Used the same media (don't have any other - still have 200 left) and the two dvd's above burned with no problems.

Doing the above certainly helped. I have done the 2 I had problems and I am now doing one more.

Again, I have to thank everyone for their help and stress how much this forum has helped me since I joined.
