I would suggest Nero Vision Express 3, I have burnt many discs using 6 or so episodes of a show that were in AVI format using NVE3. It allows you to decrease the bitrate as you add in more files so you can streach the time on your dvd longer. kinda like making a VHS tape play in LP or ELP instead of SP.

also i have heard that you can use VSO DivX to DVD, havent personally used this program but from what i've read it would do the trick as well.

Win XP Home, AMD Sempron 3100+, 512Mb Ram.
16x Lite-On 1633S

Nero is a great program, but not very good at encoding. Another alternative would be to encode with e.g. VSO DivXtoDVD (free version), then burn with e.g. Nero Recode:

If space is not a problem, you can add several avis to VSO before hitting 'convert'.

Good luck!

a 'data' disk works just as well, with no encoding at all, providing your dvd player will play data.
but you are on the right track with DVD Decrypter, DVD Shrink ,and then use Nero to burn.
