hello all is it possible to convert a pal game in this case dbz tenkachi budokai to a ntsc game without using a patch converter but rather by copying all the files and rebuilding it and in the volume area for cd/dvd generator changing the sles to slus and also changing the license area to america. also if that doesnt work is it possible to take the files from the european that make the menus in english and overwrite the files for the japanese i have both copies since the japanese is already ntsc any help would be appreciated thanks!

not that i know of, it is the screen rates that are different
not the fact that one is SLUS and the other SLES
Patching is the only way i know, plus patching it will also
have the "Y" position fix that will make sure the games
shows up cenetered correctly on your screen.

You could also try juct changing the screen mode on Swap Magic
without patching it if you have V3.0 or above.

Or i think you can even buy a converter for your TV that
will allow you to play either PAL or NTSC on any TV

thank you i will try using the y-fix but is it possible that that could be the reason why the screen turns up black...its currently set to 48 the music and sound plays but there is no image should i try 40 i'd hate to keep wasting discs...i dont see why there are so many PAL games if all they do is create trouble...not complaining...just frustrated i have 10 coasters behind this game...thanks
