ok im already to back up one of my family guy season 1 discs and in the window where it says select backup target (drop down list of where to burn the image file then after it says where u select the image file locate...get me so far? alright under that it says space required and space available in folder...now...it says 4,237 MB in the the space required box and 873 MB in the the space available box..i click ok and i get a message saying that there is not enough space on your target drive....i'm not sure what im supposed to do here so i can burn in on a dvd r...everything looked ok in the regular window everything fit including the menus and extras and all that jazz...help me out...be warned...im "challenged" when it comes to instructions lol

Alrighty,

your trying to rip to a .ISO File i'm assuming. There are two possibilities,

1) You only have 873MB free on your HDD
2) a FAT32 drive will not accept a single file bigger then I believe it's 1GB. Correct me if i'm wrong. So to fix this you can either

a) Format the hdd to an NTFS partition
b) Under target select "Folder" and it will rip in file mode. (Your get a VIDEO_TS and a AUDIO_TS folder, the VIDEO_TS will have multiple files in it around 1gb or less. This will not effect the movie or anything.

hope this helps. I hade the same problem when I first started out, it drove me mad for about a week!
